CHECK BACK FOR UPDATE - Join cheese guru Max McCalman, maitre fromager for Picholine and Artisanal restaurants and author of The Cheese Plate, will conduct an interactive Cheese Lab that will pair several (8-10) tantalizing types of Artisanal Premium cheeses with different wine varietals. Guests will sample and comment on these pairings--the feedback may be included in one of his upcoming books!
