Belinda Taylor is an award-winning journalist and former editor and marketing director for Theatre Bay Area, and was the Inaugural Director of the California Arts Council's Arts Marketing Institute.

What is your brand? Does it reflect who you are and what you care about? Determine whether its time for a fresh look or stronger brand message for your organization.

Examine your marketing materials and the language you use. Rev up your marketing and PR and define effective distribution strategies.
Feb. 5: Audience and Donor Development
Refine strategic marketing communications; discover messaging that gets results for you.
Feb. 12: Arts Marketing and Consumer Trends
Tune in to todays marketplace realities with an effective marketing plan.
Feb. 19: Putting it All Together!
Using sample strategic marketing plans from arts organizations we'll create an outline for you to use as a template for your own planning efforts. We will also look at ways to use research to build on your strengths and grab opportunities when they arise.
