Matt Palmer's Swing Thing at the Waterworks Jazz Club May 7, 2011

Now 40 sax/clarinet player Matt has been a full time musician and band leader since 1995, working with many of Britain's leading traditional jazz musicians. For this Swing ensemble, he joins forces with the inimitable Kevin Grenfell on trombone. Their brand of swing is influenced by the small swing groups of the 1930's and 40's - great music for dancing. Matt and Kevin's virtuosity is ably supported by piano, drums and string bass.
