As human resource managers, you deal with conflict every day - from personality conflicts between colleagues to disputes about performance, discipline, promotions, benefits and awards. Your ability to smoothly mediate and resolve workplace conflict proves vital to your success and plays a large part in how your peers perceive you. Through presentation and demonstration, and by using newly acquired skills during a simple workplace conflict roleplay, you will gain techniques to:
