This summer Samara is again hosting her master workshop in Middle Eastern dance. It includes a complete Oriental Choreography, and has live drum accompaniment. There will be special focus on Musical & Rhythmic Interpretation; Total Technique; Finger Cymbals; Hakawaka (Storytelling through movement) how to work with a drummer and much more. The Workshop will be held at The Ailey Studios at The Joan Weill Center for Dance, 405 W. 55th Street (at 9th avenue), NY. $450.00 ($400 if paid by June 15).
