One of the stars of Iron Chef and the Food Network’s Iron Chef America, Masaharu Morimoto is the chef and co-owner of Morimoto in Philadelphia. (He has also opened a second eponymous restaurant in New York City.) The Kitchen Stadium champion and former Nobu executive chef dazzles with sushi and traditional Kaiseki cuisine infused with European and Western techniques and ingredients, all of which he describes in his new self-titled book.
