An Expressive Arts Workshop Exploring
Power and Vulnerability

In this workshop, we will be using archetypal myths, indigenous wisdom, and expressive arts (writing, mask and shield making) to explore deepening your relationship with power and vulnerability. Men and women will meet together for opening and closing rituals and separately for expressive arts process.
Individuals and /or couples welcome.

This daylong workshop is for Women & Men who want to:
* explore the ways in which they mask and shield their true power
* unveil the social masks or shields they wear in relationships and in community
* stand in their own power and vulnerability as they creatively explore their authentic voice
* explore what's blocking them from true intimacy
* clear obstacles so they can do the work in the world that they are passionate about
* spend a day making art and exploring their creativity
