In conjunction with the exhibit Playing For Keeps: Children & War In Africa now on display at the Branigan Cultural Center, photographer Martin Lueders will talk about his work on Saturday, July 12, 2008. The talk will take place in the Shannon Gallery from 1:00 2:00 p.m.
Lueders is an award-winning, internationally recognized, freelance photographer. He has specialized in documenting emergency humanitarian crises and long-term development and reconstruction efforts across the globe. His photographs have been exhibited and published extensively in the United States and Europe. Lueders's clients include Greenpeace (International and U.S.A.), Scottish International Relief, the Catholic News Service, Catholic Relief Services and Earth Day.
The Branigan Cultural Center is located at the north end of the downtown mall. Parking is available at intersection of Water and Hadley streets. There is no charge for the program.
