Vocalist Martha Rose Reeves was the lead singer of the legendary Motown girl group Martha Reeves and the Vandellas. She was Motown's reigning female chart-topper, second only to Diana Ross in the 1960s and with the Vandellas, scored over a dozen hit singles including 'Dancing in the Street,' 'Nowhere to Run' and 'Jimmy Mack.'
