This workshop will show you how to improve your marketing communications with new and existing customers. You will learn the importance of customer relationship marketing in today’s economy and how to create an effective communications program that fits within your budget using these different tools: advertising, direct marketing, Internet marketing, sales promotion, public relations, publicity, and personal selling. You will learn five ways to distinguish your business from the competition and five inexpensive ways to promote it. Upon completion of this class, you can register to have marketing students in the College of Business Administration help you develop a marketing communications plan.
