The Celluloid Improvisations Music Film Archive holds well in excess of 4,000 musical clips, and tonight we view some of the best... a few favorites from past programs plus a large number of clips that will be new to even the most ardent of jazz film fans. Among the performers to be shared are Benny Goodman, Ben Webster, Bill Evans, John Coltrane, Nat King Cole, Sidney Bechet, Billie Holiday, Gerry Mulligan, Kid Ory and many others. Expect some special surprises!
