In her latest book, What to Eat, Nestle takes you on a guided tour of the supermarket; along the way she untangles the issues, decodes the labels, clarifies the health claims, and debunks the food industry's sales hype. Nestle is the Paulette Goddard Professor of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health at New York University and is also author of Food Politics: How the Food Industry Influences Nutrition and Health.
