The Marin Show: Art of the Americas is celebrating its 25th year this February as the most substansive and extensive ongoing showcased focused on the indegenous arts from across the North, Central and South America.
The Marin Show will feature over 200 dealers and artists selling antique American Indian, Pre-Columbian, Spanish Colonial and Contemporary American Indian Art. The types of art include pottery, textiles, sculpture, jewelry, beadwork, baskets, paitings, photoraphy and more.
The show is produced by KR Martindale Show Management and has been described as the "superbowl" of Native American Art collecting.
In addition to the wide array of art displayed, there will also be a lecture at 10 am on both days regarding historical, legal and ethical issues surrounding Native American Art.
