Marin Art Festival Presents 12th Annual “lawn Party For The Arts” June 14, 2008

Considered “one of the most beautiful outdoor art festivals in the nation,” the Marin Art Festival features art available for purchase from over 250 artists from California and beyond, including works from award-winning painters, sculptors, photographers, wood workers, jewelers and more. Evoking the spirit of old-world European markets, guests can meander through tented pavilions on the grassy expanse while enjoying everything from wraps to crab cakes paired with premium wines and beers. Adding to the ambience is a unique set of entertainment including strolling musicians, whimsical stilt walkers, drama student waiters in black-tie and much more. A festival highlight includes an hourly raffle where the winner is awarded a $100 credit towards the purchase any piece of work from one of the artisans.
