If you think Carnaval is the most wonderful time of the year, but a trip to Brazil just isn't in the cards, never fear, Carnaval can be brought to you! Celebrate the 4th Annual Houston Brazilian Carnaval Friday, March 4 at Stereo Live presented by Next Brazilian Productions and Adonai Mas Publicidad. This celebration will feature authentic Brazilian Carnaval music, food, drinks, dance, costuming and art on the same day as Brazil's own Carnaval celebrations in Rio de Janeiro and Bahia. Learn how to celebrate Carnaval right with a live feed of the revelry happening in Brazil aired on big screen TVs throughout the event.

At the heart of this year's celebration is a live performance by the Brazilian Nuts Band who will play sizzling Carnaval beats. Other entertainment includes a scintillating samba show featuring the signature "barely there" costumes adorned with feathers and sequins, a Samba de Gafieira presentation, DJs Rony and Neno and on the patio DJ Richardfloor playing non-stop Brazilian music and videos and the Brazilian Carnaval Bloco choreographed by Zumba instructors Roberta Robinson and Angel Ramirez. You also won't want to miss the art exhibition by Brazilian artist Andre Amaral and giveaways throughout the night of Mardi Gras beads and masks. Fuel your partying with traditional Brazilian food available for purchase on the patio from Ana & Alex Catering.
Party guests must be 18 and the doors open at 9pm. Drinks will be served until 2am, but the celebrations will go on until 3am. If you think your ready to handle a true Brazilian-style Carnaval celebration put on your most over the top costume, grab a caipirinha and get ready to move at the 4th Annual Houston Brazilian Carnaval.
