"Mancini at the Movies" concert benefiting Arizona Literacy & Learning Center March 14, 2009

The Oscar-winning music of Henry Mancini takes center stage through his daughter's poignant concert presentation. Monica Mancini, Concord recording artist & double-Grammy nominee performs the music of her father in a multi-media presentation, featuring film clips from "Breakfast at Tiffanys" & "Days of Wine and Roses," to name a few. Valley favorites Jesse McGuire, world-famous trumpeter (Lincoln Center, White House) & Dennis Rowland (Count Baise Orchestra, Playboy Jazz, "Chicago") share the stage as special guests, for a sophisticated journey through film & song.
