Building upon the success of last year’s event, Manchester is once again proud to host Armed Forces Day. The event honours the outstanding contribution made by current members of the Armed Forces and by veterans of all ages.
On 25 June, Manchester will show its appreciation and support of the Armed Forces and veterans with an afternoon of big bands and food and drink. Interactive activities include:
• The Royal Artillery Band and other live music throughout the afternoon
• Veterans Parade of Standards – 11.30am
• Military display vehicles and information stalls
• Fitness taster sessions with Civilian Military Fitness
• Real Food Market
• Family-friendly activities
• Food and drink available throughout the day

Special offers for Armed Forces personnel and veterans
On 25 June, Armed Forces personnel and veterans will be able to enjoy a collection of bespoke special offers that will be available on production of the Veterans Badge or Armed Forces ID card*.
