The purpose of this Summit is to reach out to those organizations that are delivering IT services already using integrated process frameworks, such ITIL®, COBIT®, ISO/IEC 20000, Quality Management, etc. The format of the Summit will not only offer content specific to the challenges and successes of aligning with the agreed current and future business requirements and of providing services that are of value to the business, but will provide focused opportunities to network with industry colleagues and to discuss their challenges and lessons learned. Summit speakers will have real experiences to share as opposed to standard presentations on industry practices.
The topics for the Summit cover the Service Delivery processes; Service Level Management, Financial Management for IT Services, Capacity and Performance Management, IT Service Continuity Management and Availability Management. The audience targeted is Process Owners and Managers, as well as other managers and directors who are responsible for the planning and managing of the budget and the alignment of IT to their business customer requirements.
The Summit will feature experts on achieving ISO/IEC 20000, as well as implementing COBIT® controls to meet legislative and regulatory requirements. Topics and discussions will include Implementing Quality Improvement Programs (SIPs) with specifics on how to plan, measure, monitor, report and improve IT Service Delivery.
