Managing Cash Flow: Constructing and Using Cash Flow Projections in Non-profits April 24, 2009

Do we have a deficit problem, a cash flow problem, neither, or both? A cash flow projection is one of the two tools fiscal managers must have to help answer this important fiscal management question and control the organization’s money. During this workshop we will talk about some basic procedures and systems that need to be in place in an organization for cash management, and then walk through a case study to learn the basics of creating a cash flow projection.
