Brooklyn-based indie-folk songwriter, Mal Blum is on tour to promote her upcoming fifth album, Tempest In A Teacup. She just wrapped up at SXSW and is making her way back home to NYC.

Mal Blum started making music as a tenderhearted teenager. SInce then, she has released four albums, played hundreds of shows across the US and supported national artists including two tours with folk rocker Melissa Ferrick, and single shows with Jeffrey Lewis, Amanda Palmer, Hammell On Trial and Kimya Dawson. Her music has been featured on MTV's LOGO (voted a top ten video of the year) and in numerous music blogs and publications, including Autostraddle and the Deli Magazine.
