A powerful free tool for those interested in sound production and experimentation, SuperCollider is a programming environment that allows you to build sound from scratch, modify existing sound, and make programs for manipulating sound in real-time. This course will give an introduction to the language and structure of the program through exercises in creating basic sounds, interactive sounds, and simple visual interfaces for modifying sound. Additional help materials and code examples will be given out so you can continue learning about the program beyond this course.
