Make-A-Wish Rope for Hope Returns to Toronto City Hall. Rappel Down City Hall and Support Magical Wishes

On June 14, 2013, 180 individuals will be rappelling 30-storeys down Toronto City Hall, taking part in the second annual Make-A-Wish Rope for Hope.

Rope for Hope is an exclusive challenge event that calls on participants to fund raise a minimum $1,500*, in exchange for a once-in-a-lifetime experience to rappel off of the east tower of Toronto’s iconic City Hall. In 2012, 90 individuals raised over $115,000 to help grant magical wishes.

“The successful launch of Rope for Hope in 2012 has inspired us to take the event to the next level, adding another 90 spots,” said Sheila Rees, Regional Director, Make-A-Wish® Canada – Toronto & Central Ontario. “We invite individuals, corporate teams and local sponsors to take part in this exclusive and exciting event.”

There are a variety of ways to participate – as an individual, in a team, as part of a ‘Toss Your Boss’ group, or by sponsoring another participant. Registration is now open!
