Medical professionals are invited to join us on Monday, March 5, for a fascinating glimpse into the challenges and triumphs of rebuilding a vital, flourishing Jewish culture and community in Eastern Europe following the fall of communism. Dr. Alexander Oscar, President of the Sofia, Bulgaria Jewish community and a practicing neuro-ophthalmologist, will speak to the Maimonides Society of the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle.
