Magnapop is playing their first show in Atlanta since re-forming earlier this year. Expect new songs and new members.
Also on the bill is Caesar, a Dutch band that Magnapop accompanied earlier this year on a tour through Holland and Belgium. Caesar is flying in from New York after playing the CMJ Music conference the night before.

who's in magnapop these days? is linda hopper still the driving force. i used to see her at gringos' all the time, but she seems to have disappeared.

Yep, Linda's still in the band. So is Ruthie. The bass player and drummer are new to the band.

Just a slight correction on this--Magnapop did play a show at the Echo earlier this year. Can't remember the date exactly (damn beer), but I was there. And there I will be again. They haven't lost a step.
