Madison Crescent Announces Two New Tennants February 1, 2010

The Marketplace at Madison Crescent and Harris Teeter are pleased to welcome two new tenants to the popular shopping and dining destination in western Prince William County. Eggspectation, a growing restaurant chain, has selected the Marketplace at Madison Crescent for their next store opening. In addition, Chrysalis Counseling Center will be moving into space on the first floor of the Madison Crescent Professional Building.
As a full service restaurant, Eggspectation provides “an all-day dining experience” serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in addition to offering a full service bar. The regional chain currently has three locations in the area including Chantilly, Virginia; Silver Spring, Maryland; and Ellicott City, Maryland. Eggspectation and Chrysalis are both scheduled to open for business early next year.
Anchored by Harris Teeter, with its popular Starbuck’s counter, the Marketplace at Madison Crescent features a Brooklyn Brothers Pizzeria, Desiderio Italian-American Grill, Subway “Eat Fresh”, Atlantic Billiards and Spas, Avalon Nail Spa, Hair Cuttery, Marketplace Dry Cleaners, Season’s Cards and Gifts, Virginia ABC, Sleepy’s The Mattress Professional and Chevy Chase Bank.
In addition, the Marketplace at Madison Crescent is home to the Madison Crescent Professional Building. The first floor houses Anytime Fitness, the second floor S.R. Clarke, Inc., a corporate recruiting firm, and Prince William Family Medicine, while Morgan Stanley/Smith Barney and SunTrust Mortgage occupy the third floor.
Harris Teeter, along with the Marketplace at Madison Crescent and the Madison Crescent Professional Building, offer customers easy access with ample parking.
