Made From Scrap Open House - Canning Party October 20, 2007

Come one. Can all!

On October 20th from 4PM-8PM, Made From Scrap is hosting our first ever Open House and YOU are invited! In true MFS style, this Open House will include a hands-on demonstration by one of our fantastic instructors: Rosalie Roberts will teach you the culinary art of CANNING - and you'll be able to keep your belly full of delicious produce all winter!

We'll also be barbecuing, showing off the newly remodeled Made From Scrap space, and meeting and greeting fellow MFS'ers. You'll have the opportunity to talk to teachers about their upcoming classes and share your own enthusiasm and insight into crafting from scrap.

If this sounds as good to you as it does to us, please invite your friends, classmates, co-workers, family members and anyone else you can think of to Made From Scrap's October 20th Canning Event. We ask that you pay a $5 donation (online or at the door) to attend, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Reserve your spot NOW to claim your mouth watering sausage and/or veggie patty. Made From Scrap is located at 1433 Van Dyke in the Bayview neighborhood.
