Madagascar is the home to some of the most unique wildlife on our planet and is famous for its 70+ different species of lemurs. Dr. Summer Arrigo-Nelson, a professor in the Department of Biological and Environmental Sciences at California University of PA, will give us an exciting look at her conservation work and research on sifakas, a large species of lemurs that she has been studying since 1998. We will then tour the Zoo's Tropical Forest and see members of our lemur family.
