The inaugural Mad Good Taste Test cook-off: "We Heart Wisco: Cheese Challenge" will lure Madison's most intrepid cooks into creating Mad City's yummiest cheesy noshes.This will be the first in a series of fun food gatherings and competitions to benefit various local food-based nonprofits.
