Watch as U of I Extension Master Gardeners create a tower of flowers that you can duplicate in your own yard. Demonstration will outline materials, instructions and plant recommendations. April 2: Join Family Fun Day at Macy’s Flower Show! Come learn about worm composting by The University of Illinois Extension staff. Meet Lewis the Duck from Homewood Suites and don't forget to bring your camera to capture the smiling moments. Plus, enjoy face painting, balloon artistry and craft station while singing along with Radio Disney too!. April 9: Family Fun Day at Macy’s Flower Show returns with The University of Illinois Extension staff! Don’t miss your chance to make your own mini green house and grow lettuce in a bag! Bring your camera for a snapshot with Lewis the Duck from Homewood Suites and get to know his lighthearted travel tales. Top off the day with some wild fun and take home a set of animal trading cards, courtesy of our friends at Lincoln Park Zoo. Plus, enjoy face painting, balloon artistry and craft station.
