Learn to use local honey in a variety of recipes from jW Foster of the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco along with beekeeper Helene Marshall of Marshall's Farm. In one of his first moves as Executive Chef, jW partnered with Marshall's Farm of Northern California to install beehives at the Fairmont San Francisco. He plans to will feature his home-harvested honey as part of the hotel's afternoon tea service.
