“Macy’s Chefs A-Go-Go,” a national food truck tour showcasing the Macy's Culinary Council is rolling into San Francisco on September 29th at Proxy SF! Macy’s will close out its nationwide foodtruck tour with Chef Tim Scott on board, cooking his signature recipes and dishing them out for free! You heard that right.
If delicious free food and celebrity chefs weren’t enough to get you to “go-go,” visit the food truck tour when it rolls into your town. Fans that “like” Macy’s on Facebook (www.facebook/macys), or follow Macy’s on Twitter (@macys amd @macysevents) and the Macy’s Culinary Council on twitter (@CulinaryCouncil) and tweet using the hashtag #macyschefs will receive a special gift at each food truck stop, while supplies last.

While the chef’s dishes are free, guests can support a good cause by donating to Feeding America ®, the nation’s largest domestic hunger relief organization. For every $1 donated, Feeding America can help provide seven meals to those in need on behalf of local food banks.
ABOUT CHEF TIM SCOTT:
Tim Scott is the corporate executive chef for Macy's North and is responsible for creating recipes and menus for twenty full-service restaurants and thirty-five Marketplace outlets. With the expansion of the Macy's Foods Division he is also currently working on integrating fresh-food concepts throughout the country. He frequently teaches cooking classes for both adults and children. Tim started cooking professionally at the age of fourteen and is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
