A Japanese Guest Chef, A Wine Pairing Event, and A Cooking Demo on Fish
Who/What: For May, the School of Cooking, located at Macy’s Mission Valley Home Store, presents three new classes: Guest Chef Mineko Moreno cooks up Noodle Soup and Green Tea Ice Cream; Lisa Redwine explores the world of Chardonnay, and Chef Bernard showcases a new salmon recipe.
Reservations are not required. Admission to a class is a $5 donation which benefits the San Diego Food Bank.
When: Saturday, May 21, Noon: Lisa Redwine from The Shores Restaurant in La Jolla presents “If you think you don’t like Chardonnay, you haven’t found the style that fits you.”
