Macy's Announces March Schedule for School of Cooking
Wine, women, and . . . . chicken?
Who/What: The March schedule for the School of Cooking, located in Macy’s Mission Valley is now available. Classes include:
“Chicken 101”
Chef Bernard details everything you ever wanted to know about chicken, from the selection process, to the best cooking techniques. The featured recipe is Fennel Pollen Spiced Chicken Paillardes.
A $5 donation is requested and benefits the Food Bank of San Diego. No reservations are required.
