Who/What: The April schedule for the School of Cooking, located in Macy’s Mission Valley is now available. Classes include:
“Feta and Olive Oil”
Chef Bernard highlights the simple pleasures of feta cheese and quality olive oil. The featured recipe is Duck Confit Casserole.
A $5 donation is recommended, and benefits the Food Bank of San Diego. No reservations are required.
