MAC Events Fall Home Show October 17, 2009

Whether it is an addition, repair, remodel, interior decoration or landscaping project, the MAC Events
Home Show is the place to find professionals, products and information needed to make dreams
come true.

Visitors can look forward to a family-friendly, fun-filled event. The Home Show will feature the region's most innovative, upscale manufacturers and
sellers of home products, including building, remodeling, interior design and
furnishings, renovation ideas, and landscape solutions.

In addition, the Home Show will feature interesting and humorous seminars given by expert
speaker Steven Katkowsky. Katkowsky is a speaker, author and general contractor who
lectures nationwide, helping people update all the rooms of their homes. A regular on
TV, Katkowsky also has been heard on numerous radio shows and seen in newspapers
and magazines across the country. For over thirty years now, he has been the owner
of Steven’s Incredible Kitchen Machine, designing and remodeling homes in the San
Francisco Bay area. He also presents seminars on choosing a contractor. He has
written the definitive book, “Danger Construction Zone: Your guided tour to a
successful remodeling project.” Learn how to remodel a small bathroom or kitchen and
add three times more space.

Admission for two is free with donation at the show of cash or a bag of groceries to the Central
Virginia Food Bank. Ticket costs for the show is $7 for adults, $5 for children (12-17) and for seniors.
Children 11 and under are free.
