Lyman Whitaker: Wind Sculptures May 21, 2010

Designed with graceful copper blades, these sculptures capture the mood of the wind and dance to the rhythms of nature. They range in height from 5 to 14 feet and are placed in small "wind forest" groups throughout the garden. Whitaker, a sculptor for more than 40 years, is represented locally by Leopold Gallery.
