Audiences will succumb to the Transylvania Effect as members of the San Diego Symphony perform a de-luscious mélange of sweet music filled with Shubert, Stravinsky, Vivaldi, and Rachmaninov.
Adding to the effect — a touch of live opera and to die for multi-media including a spell-binding clip from the 1931 "Dracula" film with Béla Lugosi — and risen from the archives — rare footage from the 1931 Spanish adaptation of "Drácula" starring Carlos Villarias.
All ages welcome.
