Lumen's Eyes Wide Shut Masquerade October 31, 2009

This Halloween, Lumen will transform into a dark and mysterious playground for debauchery and hedonism, with its Eyes Wide Shut Masquerade on Halloween night. The dim lighting and floral rose-clad nightclub will open its doors at 9 p.m., with a sultry ambience for its guest burlesque entertainer, Lady Jack, and roaming masked lingerie models. The cult classic film, Eyes Wide Shut, will be displayed on the back wall screen as one of the main focal points of the ball. Mirroring the film, an erotic performance by Lady Jack, Chicago’s top burlesque dancer, will set the mood for the night.

Guests will also have the opportunity to share the limelight, as they are encouraged to attend the ball incognito, donned in masks, capes, and lingerie. A $500 cash prize will be awarded to the most creative and revealing costume.
