Join Lucky Dog Animal Rescue and the Potomac River Boat Company for a canine cruise on the Potomac. Some of our adorable dogs up for adoption will be there. Dock is located behind the Torpedo Factory Art Center which runs North along Union St. between King and Cameron Streets. (703) 694-0580 Boats set sail at 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
