John Kolvenbach’s offbeat comedy Love Song was a 2007 Olivier Award Nominee for Best New Comedy. Love is a drug. Love is imagined. Love is truth. Love is laughter. Love is a gateway to the senses. Love is madness. Love is a contagion.

Beane is an exile from life-an oddball. His well-meaning sister, Joan, and brother-in-law, Harry, try and make time for him in their busy lives, but neither can get through. Following a burglary on Beane's apartment, Joan is baffled to find her brother blissfully happy and tries to unravel the story behind his mysterious new love, Molly.

Rodriguez (Macbeth, New Perspectives; Hamlet, A.R.T.) as brother-in-law Harry, and Patricia Duran (Porco Morto, Mabou Mines; Our Lady of 121st Street, Alley Theatre) as the mysterious Molly.
