The forest is awakening from its winter sleep and love is in the air. The owls are wooing each other, the mountain beaver and snuggling, and the first bats are returning to the forest to start their new families. Gather your loved ones together and enjoy dinner at the Center and a guided night hike through the forest. Discover which creatures of the park creep while you sleep and why. Join our naturalists and explore the magnificent forest by the light of the moon. This walk is suitable for people of all ages and is a great family outing (although it is not stroller friendly.) Our full moon walk happens with or without the moon. Nature at night is interesting even if the cloud cover does not cooperate! Come join us!
