In this innovative four-session course, you will build your ability to perform -- and enjoy -- any kind of public speaking, from business presentations and school reports to wedding toasts. Each session will focus on one building block of successful speech: physical relaxation and breathing techniques, producing your best voice and articulation, getting rid of bad habits, and putting it all together. You will come out of this course a more dynamic, confident public speaker in every walk of life. Suitable for ages 14 and up. Please dress comfortably (workout clothes are great), and bring a towel or blanket to lie on.
