Los Cenzontles October 31, 2009

Presented in partnership with the Consulate General of Mexico in Atlanta and the Institute of Mexico, Los Cenzontles (literally, "The Mockingbirds") is an eight-member musical ensemble that celebrates the spirit of Mexican music. Los Cenzontles weave together centuries-old musical traditions with contemporary sounds drawn from across the world stage. Under the direction of Grammy-nominated producer Eugene Rodriguez, the group has pioneered the revival of Mexican roots music for nearly two decades.
