Join your Greenpeace LA friends for our last August campaign meeting. Not only will this be our LAST meeting of the month, but our FINAL campaign meeting focused on our chemical security work! We have been organizing across Los Angeles since February to pass comprehensive chemical security legislation in the US Senate-join us as we make our final plans to wrap up our campaign.
Our final efforts on the campaign will focus on the organizing of a flash mob visibility event, as well as a final delivery of the thousands of petitions and letters we've collected from Angelenos who want to see Senator Barbara Boxer pass comprehensive chemical security legislation.
This meeting will be a joint campaign meeting/phonebank to recruit participants to our August 28th flash mob in Hollywood !
