Long Beach Heart Walk November 10, 2012

The Heart Walk was created to build healthier lives by promoting healthy habits, such as walking, as a regular part of life. Event attractions include a 5K walk/run, a 1-mile survivor route, a kids’ fun zone, live entertainment, a health expo, free blood pressure screenings, CPR demonstrations, and giveaways.
Individuals are welcome to participate; families, churches, schools, and companies are encouraged to form Heart Walk groups. There is no fee to participate and teams are eligible for fundraising prizes.

Long Beach Heart Walk is sponsored by Subway, Jenny Craig and Union Bank.
