Loney Dear and the Sea and Cake June 7, 2007

A double bill for the ages! We begin the night with Swedish sensation Loney Dear, whose great debut on Sub Pop, "Loney Noir," is an album we never get sick of. Then we kick it with Chicago's legendary Sea and Cake, who will be playing songs from their excellent new Thrill Jockey album, "Everybody." No band has been able to match the Sea and Cake's soulful blend of indie pop and post-rock, and now you can catch Sam Prekop and Archer Prewitt live at Sound Fix. What a night this is gonna be!
