Claire Trevor School of the Arts and the Department of Music Chamber Series present the London Music Club Piano Quartet.
The Quartet consists of Associate Professor Haroutune Bedelian, violin, Russell Guyver, viola, David Chew, cello, and Lecturer of Music Lorna Griffitt, piano. The concert features Mozart in G Minor and Schumann’s E-Flat Major Piano Quartet.
Formed 30 years ago in London, England, the quartet is named after the legendary establishment which housed major international musicians residing in England, where many members of the group also lived. One of the venues where this ensemble regularly performs is the Rio International Cello Encounter directed by Chew, which takes place in the summers in Brazil.
