Last time, we had Pieter Hintjens launch the user group. He gave a very nice overview of 0MQ - what it is, what it isn't, and how the development process is managed.
This time, we will start on the technical bits. We will discuss some of the basic concepts, use cases, and get hands on with some C# code. Don't worry if C# isn't your language - the concepts should be abstract enough. One of the big positives of 0MQ is being able to communicate across application platforms and languages using pretty much the same concepts. We might even have a park bench at the end :)

When not messing about with code, he can be found moderating http://www.asp.net or having a rant on twitter. He is passionate about software design, messaging, DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing and almost anything to do with software, and often blabbers about those things at various user groups and conferences.
