Lola Yoga:
Women Transforming their Bodies and their Lives
Bring yoga off the mat, and join us for an experience that will change your practice and your life!
What if your yoga practice were a way to express yourself as the unique & fabulous woman that you are?
In Sanskrit, Lola refers to Lakshmi – the goddess of fortune, wealth, and multiplicity. Through Lola Yoga you will call in a deeper sense of self and spirit. Each week, we will focus on a different yoga asana and explore how it relates to our lives as women: arm balances can teach us to create balance in our lives; inversions challenge us to take risks and confront fears.
In each 3-hour class you will get a full yoga lesson, and also have the opportunity to create transformation in your life through unique and powerful rituals created just for women.
In this class you will:
• Strengthen your body and your yoga practice
• Gain confidence and move forward
• Release your stumbling blocks
• Have fun in an all-woman environment
