Local UED Tahoe Trip January 31, 2008

1 day trip to Kirkwood, where they have both great snow and beginner ski/snowboarding packages. It's $80 for lift tkts, lessons and rentals. More info: (http://www.kirkwood.com/winter/schoolburton.php). Resort is open from 9am- 4pm.

Afterwards, we can soak our bones at Grover Hot Springs, a spring fed pool (104 degrees!) surrounded by 8,000 foot high peaks. Open til 7pm, and $5/person.

Feel free to invite others, though they'd have to find their own ride. Tom's van has enough room for the UED group. Let me know if you guys are in!

I am going to try and make it. I will already be in Tahoe that day so it just depends on what other plans we make.
